SPIE Sud-Ouest is responsible for the Group's business activities in south-west Europe. Its territory covers the three administrative regions in south-west France - Aquitaine, Midi-Pyrénées and Languedoc-Roussillon - plus Portugal.

With 50 sites, SPIE Sud-Ouest offers its customers a diversified range of genuine local services which have made it the multitechnical and multiple-business leader in this part of Europe.

SPIE Sud-Ouest subsidiaries

The following acquisitions have enabled SPIE Sud-Ouest to develop its business activities and strengthen its leadership in its markets:

• The activities of Tissot Climatisation and Tissot Electricité have added to the existing SPIE Sud-Ouest offering in Languedoc-Roussillon.
• Sarrat Industries has formed the basis for the founding of an Industrial Processes and Automation development centre in Aquitaine.
• The takeover of the ETOL group, placed under the Languedoc-Roussillon Regional Office has led to the setting up of a Telecom Services department.
• SPIE Portugal, a SPIE Sud-Ouest subsidiary, has become the uncontested leader in the field of comprehensive solutions and services in Portugal.
• Imisa de Mantenimiento, which has now become SPIE Iberica, has strengthened SPIE Sud-Ouest as a European player.
