The General Management Committee holds monthly meetings attended by the Chairman & CEO, the General Managers of the Group's subsidiaries, the Chief Financial Officer, the Human Resources Director and the Strategy and Development Director.

The General Management Committee determines the Group's operational strategy and ensures that it is implemented in a consistent manner.
