Saint-Eloy-les- Mines entrusts the maintenance of its public lighting to SPIE Sud-Est

2010/01/27

The Auvergne Forez operations department of SPIE Sud-Est has won a contract for the upkeep and maintenance of the public lighting system (comprising 1,307 light fittings) and traffic lights in the town of Saint-Eloy-les-Mines (Puy de Dôme).

The contract covers:

  • energy management (management of power bills, power consumption follow-up and monthly reports, optimisation of installations),
  • routine maintenance (preventive and/or corrective),
  • unscheduled maintenance (unexpected failures, accidents, etc.),
  • reconstruction work (to ensure compliance with standards and save energy).

Comprehensive management of the installations will be ensured by a computer-assisted maintenance system using the specialised EPCenter software for public lighting systems management.
