SPIE helps build the Tour Oxygène office block

SPIE is helping to build the second highest tower block in Lyon (with 28 storeys rising to a height of 115 metres).

SPIE has been entrusted with electrical work packages on a co-contracting basis, including high and low voltage power and the fire safety system. Standing at the heart of the city's business district, Tour Oxygene will offer 28,000 sq. m. of office space by 2010.

This building of glass and steel will be the first tower block in Lyon to fully comply with France's high environmental quality (HQE) requirements.

This project includes a shopping centre with an area of more than 15.000 sq. m. and underground parking on four levels.
