HVAC - SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest clinches two contracts with Sefri-Cime

Property developer Sefri-Cime has awarded the HVAC department of SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest two contracts worth a total of nearly €9 million.
Project for Europe Avenue - Zac des Bruyères, at Bois Colombes (92)
The first contract concerns an office complex with a total area of 60,000 m², comprising four building.
For this contract, SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest is the leader of the 50/50 consortium with Lefort Francheteau, part of the Vinci Group.
The services to be provided include chilled water production units with water-cooled condensers for two of the buildings and with air-cooled condensers for the other two; prefabricated roof-mounted boiler plants for each building; air handling ensured by 2,600 two-pipe/two-wire fan-coil units in the office areas, and by double-flow systems in the restaurants and an auditorium; and 43 handling units to process the air supplied to the various rooms.
The contract is worth a total of €14 million, of which €7 million is for SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest.
Work is due to start this October with delivery scheduled for October 2008.
Project for Le Confluent - ZAC d'Alfort, at Maisons-Alfort (94)
The second contract is also for an office complex, with an area of 8,000 m².
SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest will be responsible for chilled water production using water-cooled condenser technology; double-flow air handling units and 460 two-pipe/two-wire fan-coil units for the office areas.
Work on this €2 million contract is to start in October and is to be completed by September 2008.
