Le Belvédère: an important commercial sector electrical contracting order for SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest

ICADE, a major player in the property market in France, has awarded a contract for the replacement of the fire safety system installations at Le Belvédère residence in Paris to SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest's Commercial Sector Electrical Contracting department.
The building comprises private apartments on 30 levels and will remain occupied while the work is carried out.
The work is worth €1.6 million and is due for completion within 18 months.
This multitechnical contract includes the following installations:
- fire safety: 250 detectors and 288 audio alarm device;
- smoke removal: 70 fans and 194 fire barriers;
- high-voltage installations: 280 light fitting and two low-voltage switchboards (normal and backup);
- security interphones.
