AREVA NC showed its continued confidence in SPIE Nucléaire by renewing two maintenance contracts for its La Hague site.

• One of these is a €2 million three-year contract for the maintenance of laboratory equipment. Under this comprehensive fixed-price contract, SPIE Nucléaire will provide services including corrective and preventive maintenance, methods, after-sales service management, personnel on call, and statutory inspections.
  The wide-ranging technical expertise and competence of the company's teams and their commitment to controlling overall costs were essential criteria in securing the renewal of this contract.

• The other contract concerns the preventive and corrective maintenance of nuclear process control, and process industrial measurement systems. This multiannual deal, worth €5 million, is to start this year and will run until 2011.
  Thanks to the technical skills and know-how of its personnel as well as its ability to manage comprehensive maintenance contracts, SPIE Nucléaire has become the top supplier in the field of nuclear and industrial measurements at AREVA's La Hague site.
