A new contract with Total for SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest

The Maintenance and Services Department of SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest has secured the multitechnical maintenance contract for the "Le Spazio" office block, in Nanterre, Hauts-de-Seine, which is to be occupied by Total France in the near future.
This 38,000 sq. m. building will accommodate about 1,390 employees of the company's lubricants and bitumen divisions' commercial departments and all marketing operations, which were previously dispersed over several sites in La Défense.
The contract covers the maintenance of all technical installations including the following in particular:
- high-voltage power,
- automatic fire detection,
- centralised technical management systems,
- access control,
- video surveillance,
- HVAC and smoke removal,
- plumbing,
- automatic doors,
- cleaning cradles,
- catering installations.
SPIE will provide an 8-person team on site for the four-year duration of this €620,000 a year contract.
