The Maintenance and Services department of SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest has won a contract for the multitechnical maintenance of the "104" cultural centre, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, which can cater for more than 5,000 visitors.
The services to be provided concern the maintenance of the following installations:
The contract, coming into effect as from April 1, 2008, is for two years and is worth €500,000 a year.
For this purpose, the Maintenance and Services department is setting up a six-person team which will be on call 7 days a week from 8.30 a.m. to 10 p.m. as from October 2008, when the "104" is due to open to the public.
It will be remembered that the City of Paris decided to convert the former municipal funeral department building, at 104 rue d'Aubervilliers, into a 32,700 sq. m. cultural centre to be known as the "104". In that context, it entrusted the installation of the centre's high and low voltage power systems to SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest's Commercial Sector Electrical Contracting department at the beginning of 2007.
