ISOVER renews its confidence in SPIE Ouest-Centre

2008/05/15

For the construction of a new insulation products manufacturing facility, ISOVER - part of the Saint-Gobain group - has entrusted SPIE Ouest-Centre with all the high-voltage work (comprising the supply and installation of 13 transformers and 13 low-voltage switchboards including two emergency switchboards) and work on the plant's fire detection and extinguishing systems.

This contract, worth €2.2 million, will mobilise a team of 25 personnel from the IGE Maine Anjou (Angers) electrical engineering office. Work will start in June 2008 and is to be completed by the end of November 2008.

SPIE Ouest-Centre won this contract on the strength of its expertise in project organisation, demonstrated by recent customer references (Cholet Clinic and Mann+Hummel). Having already obtained its first contract with ISOVER, this latest deal confirms SPIE Ouest-Centre's working relationship with this customer.

It is also worth noting the successful collaboration with SPIE Sud-Est teams which have established excellent relations with the prime contractor in charge of the engineering for this project.
