Dassault Systèmes head office: an excellent multitechnical maintenance contract

The Maintenance and Services department of SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest has recently secured a multitechnical maintenance contract for work at Dassault Systèmes' new 68,000 sq. m. headquarters in Vélizy, Yvelines.
The contract covers maintenance for all technical installations including:
- HVAC smoke removal systems,
- high-voltage electricity,
- generators,
- uninterruptible power supplies,
- sanitary plumbing,
- fire protection systems,
- building technical management system,
- fire safety systems,
- automatic doors,
- kitchen equipment and finishing work.
A team of 12 SPIE personnel will be stationed on site to perform this three-year contract which is renewable for two one-year periods and is worth 1 million euros a year.
It is worth noting that this deal follows electrical installation work carried out at the new Dassault Systèmes head office by SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest's Commercial Sector Electrical Contracting department.
