SPIE Est announces its acquisition of Roussel

SPIE Est has recently acquired Roussel, a company based at Conflans-sur-Lanterne, Haute-Saône, France.
Founded in 1972, this company specialises in general electrical installation work and automatic control systems for regional customers and, in a wider field, for the mineral industry (quarries and gravel pits). Its main clients in this sector are quarry and gravel pit operators such as Colas, Holcim, Eurovia and Lafarge, and specialised equipment suppliers like Metso Minerals.
In 2007, Roussel's total sales amounted to €3.5 million. The firm's 23 employees will reinforce the personnel at SPIE Est's Franche-Comté office.
