SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest helps renovate Tour Anjou office tower

A major renovation project is underway for Tour Anjou, an office tower built in 1972 in Puteaux near La Défense business district, to bring it into compliance with sustainable development standards.
Through the general contractor, CBC (Campenon Bernard Construction, part of the Vinci group), the client COGEDIM has chosen SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest to install high and low-voltage systems for the 22 storeys of offices (24,000 sq. m.) and four car park levels (14,000 sq. m.).
The services to be provided by the Major Projects section of the commercial sector electrical contracting department concern the following installations:
High-voltage installations:
- two HV supply substations
- two 1,600 KVA transformers and three 630 KVA transformers,
- five normal and emergency main switchboards,
- 145 secondary distribution panels,
- lighting distribution (7,600 fixtures) and power sockets.
Low-voltage installations:
- fire safety system,
- voice, data and image wiring for operator rooms,
- access control and intruder detection system,
- radiotelephony system,
- interphone system,
- private automatic branch exchange (PABX).
The contract which is worth a total of €4 million is to be completed within 17 months.
