Bordeaux, 3 October - SPIE Sud-Ouest and SPIE Ouest-Centre announced the acquisition of the Sofip-Enelat Group on 30 September.
Established in 1946, the Sofip-Enelat is made up of three companies based in Bordeaux, Nantes and Toulouse. It mainly specialises in electrical installation work for new multi-storey housing projects, with related work in HVAC, plumbing and sanitation.
The Sofip-Enelat Group, which achieved sales of €20,8 million in 2010, employs 153 people in the following areas: 75% within the territory covered by SPIE Sud-Ouest and 25% within that covered by SPIE Ouest-Centre.
