SPIE Sud-Ouest acquires Sono Technic and boosts its business in the housing sector

Toulouse, 10 October - SPIE Sud-Ouest announces its acquisition of Sono Technic.

Based in Launaguet, near Toulouse (Haute-Garonne), Sono Technic was founded in 1975 and is specialised in the installation and maintenance of low-voltage equipment such as interphone, door opening, telephone, television and automatic gate systems for multi-storey housing projects.

Sono Technic, which is established in both the public and private markets, achieved sales of €2.8 million in 2010. The company is a market leader in the city of Toulouse and the surrounding area where it serves real estate developers, social landlords and property managers.

Sono Technic's 32 employees will reinforce the Maintenance et Services department teams in SPIE Sud-Ouest's Midi-Pyrénées Grand Toulouse division.
