SPIE Sud-Ouest acquires the companies Boisson and ERI

SPIE Sud-Ouest, SPIE's subsidiary, acquires the companies Boisson et ERI and expands its offer in the water sector.
Toulouse, 15 November - SPIE Sud-Ouest announces its acquisition of the companies Boisson and ERI.
Boisson and ERI are family-run companies located in Mudaison near Montpellier. They have the same majority shareholder and specialise in the installation of industrial electricity, electromechanical, pump, automaton, boiler making and plumbing systems.
Their global turnover was 5 million Euros in 2010 and their 23 employees will be joining the teams at the industry division in the Languedoc-Roussillon region.
"Boisson and ERI primarily focus on local authorities, water regulatory authorities and industrial companies operating in the agri-food and water sectors. This acquisition will complete SPIE Sud-Ouest's industrial offer in these sectors", states Jean-Louis Voillot, CEO of SPIE Sud-Ouest.
