SPIE Sud-Ouest acquires Chambouleyron operations

SPIE Sud-Ouest acquires the operations of the Chambouleyron Company, based in the town of Pont Saint-Esprit (Gard, France). This acquisition concerns 12 employees and part of the company's assets, contracts and stock.

Operations concern the field of industrial refrigeration and maintenance for institutional kitchens and include service contracts with the Gard General Council, Intermarché, Eurodif Marcoule and Cisbio (research laboratory).

With this acquisition, the maintenance and technical management division at the Languedoc-Roussillon regional department is enhancing its multi-technical maintenance offer and its industrial refrigeration offer, which started with the acquisition of FICA business assets in 2009.
