Expertise in telecom network management
SPIE operates a state-of-the-art customer support and expertise centre in Cergy. If an incident is detected anywhere in France, our staff can perform instant diagnostic tests and determine an appropriate response, such as a remote resolution or on-site maintenance. For example, SPIE provides round-the-clock multi-technical supervision of 350 sites for a national telecom operator from its centre, and is able to dispatch appropriate technical teams to sites as required.
