Gauthier Louette, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), SPIE SA
Gauthier Louette joined SPIE in 1986 as a site engineer. He was subsequently promoted to Project Manager and then operations manager. In 1998, he was appointed CEO of Spie Capag, SPIE’s pipeline division. Two years later, he became Director of the Oil & Gas Branch of SPIE Energie Services.
He was named SPIE CEO in 2003, and Chairman and CEO in 2010.
Mr. Louette is a graduate of the École Polytechnique (X81) and ENSTA (École Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées). He joined SPIE in 1986 and has spent his entire career with the Group. He serves as an administrator in the French National Federation of Public Works (Fédération Nationale des Travaux Publics), the French National Civil Engineering Federation (Syndicat des Entrepreneurs de Travaux Publics de France) and the French Association of Electrical Engineering Companies (Syndicat des Entreprises de Génie Électrique et Climatique). Mr. Louette is also a commander in the citizen reserve of the French navy.
Christophe Bernhart, Managing Director, SPIE Oil & Gas Services
Christophe Bernhart is appointed Managing Director of SPIE Oil & Gas Services as of January 2020, and becomes a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Graduated from Ecole Nationale d'lngenieurs de Tarbes, he began working at Camom (Bouygues Offshore) and was Head of the Maintenance Engineering Department at Saipem when he joined SPIE Oil & Gas Services in 2009, first in Congo and then in Qatar.
He has been Director of the Europe-Africa Business Unit since 2018.
Lieve Declercq, Managing Director, SPIE Nederland
Lieve Declercq has joined SPIE as Managing Director of SPIE Nederland in September 2017.
Lieve studied for her Masters degree in industrial engineering and management in Leuven (Belgium).
From 1990 to 2000, she worked in various positions at Esso Benelux BV, followed by two years as marketing director for the Van Gansewinkel group, and then 10 years as managing director at the Maltha Groep BV.
From 2012, Lieve Declercq worked for water company Vitens as executive chairman.
Hein Dirix, Managing Director, SPIE Belgium
As from 1st of May 2019, Hein Dirix will serve as SPIE Belgium’s Managing Director, taking charge of its General Management.
Hein holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louvain and a degree in General Management from the European Centre for Executive Development in Fontainebleau.
He began his career in 1990 at Exxon Chemicals, and soon after joined Electrabel, where he held various operational and maintenance positions in power stations. He then spent several years working in the United Arab Emirates for Tractebel Engineering, before moving to Belgium to work for Electrabel’s Generation business unit.
In 1999, he was appointed as Project Manager for the construction of several cogeneration power plants in the Port of Antwerp and for the Zandvliet Power CCGT. Having managed one of Electrabel’s maintenance divisions for 5 years, in 2005 he moved to Chile, where he held the position of COO of ECL.
In early 2008, he worked in Paris as Vice President for Synergy and Performance at GDF SUEZ.
In 2010, he decided to join Tractebel Engineering as Director of Human Resources, before being appointed as CEO of Technum in mid-2013. Technum was absorbed by Tractebel in 2016 and Hein became EVP of the Infrastructure, Building & Environment business line.
Rob Goodhew, Managing Director, SPIE UK
Rob Goodhew is appointed Managing Director of SPIE UK in May 2017.
Rob has over 30 years’ experience in the engineering industry and joined SPIE UK in 2009 as Director of Major Projects for the Building Services division.
In his eight years at SPIE, he has held several senior management roles including Regional Director and then Managing Director of the UK Building Services division.
Markus Holzke, Managing Director, SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa
Army officer and graduated (MBA) from the University of the German Federal Armed Force in Munich, Markus Holzke joined TÜV Süd AG in 2006 where he held different positions including VP Regional Finance & Controlling for the Asia-Pacific region. In 2010 he joined Hochtief Solutions AG as Head of Controlling of the Service Solutions segment. In 2012, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of this segment which became SPIE GmbH in 2013.
As from April 1st 2014, Markus Holzke is appointed Managing Director of SPIE GmbH.
Pablo Ibáñez, Development and Operational Support Director, SPIE SA
The holder of a MBA from the EIPM (European Institute of Purchasing Management, Geneva), Pablo Ibáñez has 17 years of experience (1993 to 2010) in a purchasing department in the automotive sector. From 2003 to 2010 he occupied various positions in the purchasing department of the Faurecia Group, including that of South Europe Purchasing Director (2007 to 2010).
Pablo Ibáñez joined SPIE in 2010 as Group Purchasing Director.
Group Director of Operational Support (Purchasing, Health & Safety, IT) since January 2016, Pablo Ibáñez is appointed Group Development and Operational Support Director as of March 2022.
Isabelle Lambert, Director of Corporate Social Responsibility, SPIE SA
A graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and certified in quality and environmental management by the University of Augsburg in Germany, Isabelle Lamber is an expert in sustainable development issues. After working as an environmental analyst for TOTAL in 2001, in 2003 she joined the World Environment Center, a Washington DC-based NGO that promotes sustainable development through partnerships between large industrial groups, governmental bodies and multi-lateral organizations. She then worked as Director of Environment and CSR for the CGG group, before joining the SPIE group in November 2019 as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Elisabeth Rasmussen, Human Resources Director, SPIE SA
A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Elisabeth Rasmussen began her career with the PPG Europe Group before joining Cegelec in 2001, where she worked as Human Resources Director for Paris and then for France.
She was Human Resources Director at Vinci Facilities Europe from 2010 to 2014. Then she occupied the same position at Géodis before joining SPIE in October 2017.
She has also become a member of SPIE's Executive Committee.
Pierre Savoy, Managing Director, SPIE Switzerland
Pierre Savoy joined the SPIE Group in January 2016 as Managing Director of SPIE Switzerland, and becomes a member of SPIE Executive Committee. He has held management positions in companies from a variety of industries both nationally and internationally. His career has taken him from ABB, Contraves, Siemens, ISS and Swissgrid.
The qualified electrical engineer was born in Geneva in 1966. He graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Geneva and also holds a number of degrees in business administration for managers, including as an alumnus of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra.
Arnaud Tirmarche, Directeur général de SPIE France
Arnaud joined Spie Trindel in 2000 and then INEO in 2003, becoming its Executive Director for the Île-de-France area in 2012.
ln 2016, he joined SPIE Île-de-France Nord-Ouest as Managing Director and became Managing Director of the Tertiaire Division of SPIE Industrie & Tertiaire in 2018.
As of February 2022, Arnaud TIRMARCHE is appointed Managing Director of SPIE France.
Jérôme Vanhove, Group Chief Financial Officer
Jérôme Vanhove started his career in 1999 at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Transaction Services department). In 2001 he moved to Valeo Group’s Mergers & Acquisitions department, and was subsequently appointed International Development Director for the Climate Control branch (2005-2007).
Mr Vanhove joined SPIE in 2007 as Merger & Acquisitions Director.
Strategy, Development and M&A Director since January 2016, he is appointed Group Chief Financial Officer as of March 2022.
