Gauthier Louette

Gauthier Louette, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), SPIE group

Gauthier Louette joined SPIE in 1986 as a site engineer. He was subsequently promoted to Project Manager and then operations manager. In 1998, he was appointed CEO of Spie Capag, SPIE’s pipeline division. Two years later, he became Director of the Oil & Gas Branch of SPIE Energie Services.
He was named SPIE CEO in 2003, and Chairman and CEO in 2010.
Mr. Louette is a graduate of the École Polytechnique (X81) and ENSTA (École Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées). He joined SPIE in 1986 and has spent his entire career with the Group. He serves as an administrator in the French National Federation of Public Works (Fédération Nationale des Travaux Publics), the French National Civil Engineering Federation (Syndicat des Entrepreneurs de Travaux Publics de France) and the French Association of Electrical Engineering Companies (Syndicat des Entreprises de Génie Électrique et Climatique). Mr. Louette is also a commander in the citizen reserve of the French navy.

Christophe Bernhart

Christophe Bernhart, Managing Director, SPIE Global Services Energy

Christophe Bernhart is appointed Managing Director of SPIE Global Services Energy (previously Oil & Gas Services) as of January 2020, and becomes a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Graduated from Ecole Nationale d'lngenieurs de Tarbes, he began working at Camom (Bouygues Offshore) and was Head of the Maintenance Engineering Department at Saipem when he joined SPIE Oil & Gas Services in 2009, first in Congo and then in Qatar.
He has been Director of the Europe-Africa Business Unit since 2018.

Pascal Lekeu, Managing Director, SPIE Belgium

Pascal Lekeu is Managing Director of SPIE Belgium since 1 July 2024.
Graduated from the Haute Ecole Blaise Pascal in electromechanical engineering, Pascal began his career at KONE in 1988. In 2015 he was promoted Managing Director at KONE Belgium & Luxembourg and became Director “New Equipment” at KONE France in 2021.

Pascal joined SPIE Belgium in 2023 as Director of Building Services before becoming Director of the Building Solutions Business Unit in February 2024.

Markus Holzke

Markus Holzke, Managing Director, SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria

Army officer and graduated (MBA) from the University of the German Federal Armed Force in Munich, Markus Holzke joined TÜV Süd AG in 2006 where he held different positions including VP Regional Finance & Controlling for the Asia-Pacific region. In 2010 he joined Hochtief Solutions AG as Head of Controlling of the Service Solutions segment. In 2012, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of this segment which became SPIE GmbH in 2013.
Markus HOLZKE was appointed Managing Director of SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa in 2014, renamed SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria.

Pablo Ibáñez

Pablo Ibáñez, Development and Operational Support Director, SPIE group

The holder of a MBA from the EIPM (European Institute of Purchasing Management, Geneva), Pablo Ibáñez has 17 years of experience (1993 to 2010) in a purchasing department in the automotive sector. From 2003 to 2010 he occupied various positions in the purchasing department of the Faurecia Group, including that of South Europe Purchasing Director (2007 to 2010).
Pablo Ibáñez joined SPIE in 2010 as Group Purchasing Director.
Group Director of Operational Support (Purchasing, Health & Safety, IT) since January 2016, Pablo Ibáñez is appointed Group Development and Operational Support Director as of March 2022.

Isabelle Lambert

Isabelle Lambert, Sustainability Director, SPIE group

A graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and certified in quality and environmental management by the University of Augsburg in Germany, Isabelle Lamber is an expert in sustainable development issues. After working as an environmental analyst for TOTAL in 2001, in 2003 she joined the World Environment Center, a Washington DC-based NGO that promotes sustainable development through partnerships between large industrial groups, governmental bodies and multi-lateral organizations. She then worked as Director of Environment and CSR for the CGG group, before joining the SPIE group in November 2019 as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Evert Lemmen

Evert Lemmen, Managing Director of SPIE Nederland

He has a background in electrical engineering and is graduated with an MBA from the Nyenrode University.
He began his career at Xerox before joining Stark, which became later Strukton, and where he held various management and executive positions. He was appointed CEO of Strukton Worksphere in 2015.
With the acquisition of Worksphere by SPIE in 2022, Evert became head of SPIE Building Solutions where he continued to deliver excellent results.

Paweł Skowroński, Managing Director, SPIE Central Europe

Since 2018, Paweł Skowroński has been responsible for SPIE's business units in Central Europe (Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary). He joined SPIE Elbud Gdańsk S.A (formerly SAG Elbud Gdańsk S.A.) in 2013 as President of the Management Board and CEO.
Prior to entering SPIE, Paweł Skowroński held various leadership positions in major Polish energy companies.
A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, where he earned a PhD in energy systems, Paweł Skowroński also holds an MBA. He has been teaching in the field of energy at Warsaw University of Technology since 1987.

Arnaud Tirmarche

Arnaud Tirmarche, Managing Director, SPIE France

Arnaud joined Spie Trindel in 2000 and then INEO in 2003, becoming its Executive Director for the Île-de-France area in 2012.
ln 2016, he joined SPIE Île-de-France Nord-Ouest as Managing Director and became Managing Director of the Tertiaire Division of SPIE Industrie & Tertiaire in 2018.
As of February 2022, Arnaud TIRMARCHE is appointed Managing Director of SPIE France.

Jérôme Vanhove

Jérôme Vanhove, Chief Financial Officer, SPIE group

Jérôme Vanhove started his career in 1999 at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Transaction Services department). In 2001 he moved to Valeo Group’s Mergers & Acquisitions department, and was subsequently appointed International Development Director for the Climate Control branch (2005-2007).
Mr Vanhove joined SPIE in 2007 as Merger & Acquisitions Director.
Strategy, Development and M&A Director since January 2016, he is appointed Group Chief Financial Officer as of March 2022.

Séverine Walser, Human Resources Director, SPIE group

Having graduated from École Centrale de Lyon with a degree in engineering, Séverine Walser began her career in 1999 in the Human Resources department of the PSA Group, which became Stellantis in 2021 following its merger with FCA, where she remained until January 2024.
She held a diverse range of HR positions within the PSA Group, alternating between corporate and operational entities. In 2012, she took on the human resources management of the Group's Swiss and Austrian branches and in 2018 was appointed Director of Human Resources for the Europe region of PSA (later Stellantis). During her 24 years with the Group, Séverine Walser was heavily involved in transformation projects, HR development and diversity promotion.
