Keeping people informed to facilitate mobility

SPIE develops signage systems to regulate and ensure safe mobility within increasingly constrained urban environments and outlying areas.

At the centre of the smart city, SPIE's solutions provide information and markers for users of all types of infrastructure and transport services:

  • Roads and motorways: opening and closing of lanes, detection of tailbacks and hazard management (rock falls, animals on the road, etc.).
  • Tunnels: dynamic signage, vehicle counting and video surveillance.
  • Public transport: real-time passenger information (boards with variable messages and public address systems) and signage.
