Managing all components of Facility Management

SPIE designs bespoke Facility Management solutions for companies and organisations. These are adapted to suit their needs and properly ecosystem.

SPIE's customers can therefore outsource all or part of their facility services, regardless of the nature of their sites, whether that be office buildings, industrial sites or hospitals.

Our services include :

Reception

Telephony, mail management, monitoring of visitor arrivals as well as departures and security.

Maintenance

Servicing and cleaning of facilities and equipment.

User services

Concierge service, parking, catering and technical support.

Energy and waste management

Air conditioning, heating, electricity, etc.

The organisation of the work environment

Work stations and spaces, meeting room bookings as well as the construction and renovation of offices.

Through the use of smart sensors, SPIE collects data on its customers’ equipment and identifies key ways of optimising their spaces, services and energy consumption.

Design and completion of the Galileo Security Monitoring Centre (GSMC)

The Tertiaire division teams of SPIE Industrie & Tertiaire are installing air-conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and heating systems in this new Galileo Security Monitoring Centre. They are also responsible for the installation of high and low voltage systems, the technical management of the building, fire extinguishing systems and cybersecurity.

Technical facility management at the Barclaycard Arena

Since 2002, SPIE Deutchland & Zentraleuropa has been responsible for technical facility management at the Barclaycard Arena – Hamburg’s biggest multi-purpose stadium – which has already welcomed 15 million visitors. SPIE’s contract with the Arena will run until at least 2022.

Facility management contract of a building open to public

Since January 2019, SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa ensures the technical facility management and is responsible for the operation, maintenance, inspection and repair of the building. The contracts relates the property management of a 90,000-square-metre complex located Caffamacherreihe street 1-3 (part of the former Springer site) in Hamburg, Germany.
