Integrating the energy of tomorrow into the electricity grid

SPIE's energy expertise enables it to offer appropriate solutions for the different sources of renewable energy.

SPIE's expertise enables:

  • Hydroelectric installations: integration of equipment and optimisation of maintenance on all configurations (dams and penstocks).
  • Solar installations: from planning to connecting to the grid. They are used for solar farms or consumption installations.
  • Wind installations: micro-siting, the connection of onshore and offshore wind farms and optimisation of grid connection requirements.

By contributing to the optimised integration of renewable energy production units into the grid, SPIE is actively assisting the energy transition.

Development of a solar plant in Hungary

SPIE has developed a 33-hectare solar plant in Bükkábrány, together with its consortium partner Bejulo. It is the largest solar farm in Hungary, located in the north of the country.

Belgium: SPIE installs solar panels on the Centre Hospitalier de Mouscron
