Communications for safe medical environments

SPIE offers a variety of specially designed systems for hospitals, medical centres and care homes.

These include:

  • Secure power supply infrastructure (grid power supply redundancy, fluids management and building management) and communications (secure networks).
  • Patient alarm and safety systems (patient call, wander alarms and abduction protection systems), staff and hardware (fire safety, access control, video protection and intrusion detection systems).
  • Dedicated technical equipment and solutions for special environments (operating theatres, labs, etc.).

The biggest hospital in South Thuringia – the SRH Zentralklinikum in Suhl – is set to continue its successful collaboration with SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa, in charge of technical building management and energy-efficient operation until 2025.
