Karl-Heinz Probst has been part of SPIE since 2019 and works as a team leader in the CityNetworks & Grids (CNG) division of SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria. For him, teamwork and collaboration are not just buzzwords, but values he lives by, and this is precisely what is reflected in his involvement with SHARE FOR YOU.
Last year, Heinz Probst took his first step into the world of shares: “I’ve always been rather cautious when it comes to shares. But once I’d worked out the figures, it was clear to me: I want to be part of this.” Following discussions with colleagues and the transparent information campaign on SHARE FOR YOU, he finally decided to join.
Today, Heinz Probst says: “For me, my share is another sign that I am part of SPIE’s growth. That gives me a really good feeling.” Looking back, his only regret is not having joined sooner: “But: it’s never too late to get involved, not even at 57.” For Heinz Probst, the programme is a sign of the appreciation SPIE shows its employees, and at the same time an opportunity to make his own contribution to the company’s success visible.
