Netherlands: SPIE supports Brunel Solar Team in shared mission for sustainable innovation

Amsterdam, 5 July 2023 – SPIE Nederland, the Dutch subsidiary of SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, and the Brunel Solar Team, along with students from TU Delft, have signed a sponsorship agreement for the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge starting on 22 October 2023. This partnership reaffirms the two organisations' joint mission for sustainable and innovative technologies.

Terneuzen, 30 June 2023 – Fertilife Benelux BV, a subsidiary of the international Agrofertrans group, is creating a cutting-edge and environment-friendly production facility for granulated ammonium sulphate in Terneuzen. Seeking a local partner with expertise in structural and installation aspects, Fertilife drew on the expertise of SPIE Nederland, the Dutch subsidiary of SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energies and communications to complete the project.

SPIE supports the Communauté d'Agglomération de Pau Béarn Pyrénées with an energy performance contract

Saint-Denis, 27 June 2023 - SPIE Facilities, a subsidiary of SPIE France specialising in building maintenance and facility management throughout France, announces the renewal of its partnership with the Communauté d'Agglomération de Pau Béarn Pyrénées (CAPBP). As part of a new Public Energy Performance Contract, SPIE Facilities has been entrusted with the operation and digitalisation of the CAPBP's buildings, with the aim of reducing its energy consumption by more than 20% by 2028. This collaboration illustrates SPIE Facilities' long-standing commitment to more rational use of energy in the operation of its customers' buildings, particularly through energy performance contracts (CPE).

Germany: SPIE realised heating and cooling technology for new Trumpf production site

Ditzingen, 26 June 2023 – SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, realised the heating and cooling technology in Trumpf’s new production halls, which cover a gross floor area of 45,000 square meters, at its Ditzingen site. The project for the customer, whose Ditzingen site produces components for the chip manufacturing industry, began back in June 2021 and was successfully completed in March of this year.

Seanergy 2023: SPIE unveils its new offshore wind farm maintenance offer

Cergy, 22 June 2023 - SPIE Industrie, a subsidiary of SPIE France that helps manufacturers meet the challenges of energy transition and digital transformation, unveiled its new range of services dedicated to offshore wind farm maintenance at the Seanergy trade fair in Paris on June 20 and 21, 2023. Developed with its partners Services Voltige and VALEMO, this new range of services meets a major need: to promote the development of the renewable energies sector, as France aims to install 40 GW of offshore wind energy capacity by 2050.
