Multitechnical / multiservice maintenance - The Cité Administrative d'Etat in Lyon renews the maintenance contract for its site with SPIE Sud-Est
The Cité Administrative d'Etat (State Administration Centre) in the La Part-Dieu district of Lyon consists of seven high-rise office blocks open to the public, with a total floor area of 72,000 sq. m. 1,200 people work in the Centre, which has a 400-place "internal" restaurant. This centre is the second-highest energy consumer of the tax services in France, after their headquarters at Bercy in Paris. The contract, with a strict liability to perform, was signed in January for a period of four years. SPIE Sud-Est is the agent for the contract, which was entered into jointly with CBS. The contract is for a total amount of 1.4 million euros per year, to which are added P5 services (work included in the maintenance contract) for around 50,000 to 200,000 euros, "according to commercial performance". SPIE Sud-Est provides the following technical services: HVAC - electrical installation - fire detection - anti-intrusion system - video - BMS - metalwork - glazing - plumbing - access security control - generating sets. A team of 8 permanent technicians led by a site manager was formed to provide these services. On site, SPIE operates an ITHEC "minimaintenance" system of Computer-Aided Maintenance.
