Arnaud Grosos appointed Director of the SPIE ICS National Service Centres

Malakoff, 06 November 2023 – SPIE ICS, a French digital services company belonging to SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has announced the appointment of Arnaud Grosos, 42, to the position of Director of the National Service Centres. This appointment took effect on 10 July 2023. Reporting to Xavier Daubignard, Managing Director of SPIE ICS, Arnaud Grosos has also joined the Executive Committee.

The National Service Centres Division (DCSN) provides all of the industrialised services produced remotely by SPIE ICS and is split into two areas: 

• "Front office" activities: user assistance and operational maintenance
• Pooled "back office" expertise for the production of services with high added value: SOC[1], infrastructure-based managed services, UCaaS[2] and cloud hybridisation.

This fully independent organisation delivers all of its services from France and meets the most stringent regulatory and safety requirements; it holds ISO 27001 and HDS[3] certifications. It also has a national logistics network, which guarantees the best levels of service.

It has recently incorporated the teams from AVM Up, an operator in the business communications sector and specialising in cloud solutions, which was acquired by SPIE ICS in July 2023.

Graduated from the École supérieure d’électronique de l'Ouest (ESEO - electronics and computer engineering school) in 2004, Arnaud Grosos started his career at TIBCO before joining SPIE ICS in 2011 as a business engineer. He has held several managerial positions within the Grande-Atlantique Business Division and, most recently, held the position of Director of the Centre-Atlantique department.
