The Great Place to Work® certification requires a minimum of 65% positive responses to the Trust Index © survey. SPIE Building Solutions, a subsidiary of SPIE France, achieved a Trust Index© (1) score of 65%, attesting the trust and respect present within the company. In addition, the overall perception was evaluated at 68%, highlighting how positively employees view their experience and feel within the company.

More specifically, employees highlighted the quality of collaboration at SPIE Building Solutions:

• 81% of employees expressed strong pride in belonging to SPIE Building Solutions with that pride also extending to collective achievements, which scored 83%.
• 85% of employees believe that everyone is able to contribute in their own way and 71% feel that they can count on their team colleagues to provide assistance.
• At last, 89% of employees feel safe in their work environment.

Management quality valued by SPIE Building Solutions employees

73% of employees at SPIE Building Solutions also highlighted the capabilities of managers and their approachability (71%), as well as their ethics (79%). 76% of respondents value the autonomy given to them as a result of the high level of trust between employees and their managers.
