Cergy, 4 September 2023 – SPIE France, a subsidiary of the SPIE Group, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, announces the appointment of Guillaume de Laheudrie, 41, as Chief Legal Officer. This appointment has been effective since 3 April 2023. Guillaume de Laheudrie has also been appointed Compliance Officer of SPIE France. He reports to Arnaud Tirmarche, Managing Director of SPIE France.
As the Chief Legal Officer and Compliance Officer of SPIE France, Guillaume de Laheudrie contributes to the deployment of SPIE France’s strategic focus areas by working on the legal performance of all the company’s activities and consolidating its compliance policy.
After five years at Engie Ineo, now Equans, Guillaume de Laheudrie was, from 2018, Legal, Compliance and CSR Manager of SPIE Building Solutions, the subsidiary of SPIE France specialising in expertise dedicated to building intelligence and performance.
Guillaume de Laheudrie holds a master’s degree in Public Business Law, having completed a two-year course at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
