Published on 28 March 2022

Breda, 28 March 2022 – SPIE Nederland, the Dutch subsidiary of SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, launched PULSE Core, an integrated Building Operation Solution, developed as a solution to meet all current and future challenges in building management.

Nowadays, buildings must meet an increasing number of requirements and expectations. Besides being sustainable, attractive and comfortable, the health and productivity of users are important aspects. At the same time, managers want to have a firm grip on daily operations.

Everything in a building is connected", says Maikel Nabuurs, Manager Monitoring & Data Management at SPIE Nederland. ″Sustainability, comfort, maintenance, the optimal workplace and daily operations including contract management: PULSE Core gives administrators control over each of these aspects, separately or in combination. They offer a complete insight into the performance and improvement opportunities of a building and its technical installation. The result is a healthy indoor climate, a suitable and comfortable workplace at all times, the lowest possible CO₂ footprint and no unpleasant surprises in terms of faults or costs. ″

Technology and consultancy services

Management professionals have two key strengths at their disposal with PULSE Core. The first is cutting edge cloud technology, from sensors to algorithms, which is constantly updated from innovations and new insights while meeting the highest security requirements. This technology is reinforced by the second main advantage of this solution: daily guidance and optimization by experienced experts. They support management professionals with advice and improvement proposals. This combination makes PULSE Core the leading Building Operation Solution for building managers.

Building value

PULSE Core adds value in the built environment, whether it be in terms of employee productivity, continuity of critical business processes, optimal use of valuable real estate square meters, extension of the life span of assets, demonstrable savings in energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, efficient maintenance process, smart data for applications and much more.

Pulse Core is available exclusively in the Netherlands and complements SPIE Group’s Portfolio of Solutions for Building Facility Management such as SMART FM 360° Solution. Read more about it.
