Malakoff, 1 March 2024 – SPIE ICS, a French digital services company and subsidiary of SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has announced the appointment of Pascal Grange as Business Director of its Grand Est business division, effective 15 January 2024. Reporting to Xavier Daubignard, Managing Director of SPIE ICS, Pascal Grange has also joined the Executive Committee.
SPIE ICS' Grand Est business division employs 760 people at 12 sites in local employment hubs across Eastern France. Its technical teams work in close proximity to local economic stakeholders and help private companies and public organisations through their digital transition.
With recognised expertise in infrastructure integration and IT management, the Grand Est business division has developed specialist knowledge in the areas of health, industry and defence, but also with regard to working with local authorities.
Recent projects have included providing advice to Clermont Auvergne Métropole on its digital responsibility strategy, to EM LYON business school on integrating network connectivity and security infrastructure into its new campus, and to Sakata Vegetables Europe on migrating its IT system to the cloud.
Pascal Grange, 56, started his career in 1992 as an industrial infrastructure manager. He then worked for Computacenter before joining SPIE ICS in 2008. He has held several management positions within the Grand Est business division, most recently as Director of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne Franche-Comté region.
