Cergy, April 20th, 2017 - SPIE SA announces the publication of its 2016 Registration Document, including the Annual Financial Report for the 2016 fiscal year, registered by the French securities regulator, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on April 18th, 2017 under the number R.17 - 017.
This 2016 Registration Document includes, among other items:
- the 2016 Annual Financial Report;
- the detail of fees paid to Statutory Auditors;
- the Report of the Chairman of the Board of directors on corporate governance and the internal control procedures and risk management implemented by the Group, as well as the Statutory Auditors' Report thereon;
- the Report on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), as well as the Independent Supervisory Body’s Report thereon.
- The French and English versions of the 2016 Registration Document are available on the SPIE SA website (www.spie.com) and the French – language of the 2016 Registration Document on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).
Paper copies of the 2016 Registration Document are also available at the SPIE SA corporate office, 10, avenue de l’Entreprise, 95863 Cergy-Pontoise.
