Cergy, July 12th, 2018 – SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has successfully completed the acquisition of Buchet S.A.S. (“Buchet”) in France.
Founded in 1954, Buchet specializes in electrical installation for the commercial and housing sectors. The company, based in Nice and mainly active in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, benefits from a strong footprint in a dynamic local market. The company employs 47 people and generated approximately €13m in revenue in 2017.
