Cergy, August 1st, 2018 – SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has successfully completed the acquisition of Siétar & Vti S.A.S. (“Siétar”) in France.
Founded in 2003, Siétar specializes in industrial pipework and boiler making for liquid processes. The company, based in Pluneret in the Morbihan area (France), offers services to large companies in the agri-food industry. The company employs 44 people and generated €6m in revenue in 2017.
