Cergy, 2 January 2023 - SPIE France, the French subsidiary of SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has announced the restructuration of SPIE Industrie & Tertiaire into two new subsidiaries, SPIE Building Solutions and SPIE Industrie. This operation will give these two new entities greater clarity in terms of their strategic positioning and respective expertise. It is in line with the Group's ambition to accelerate its development by responding ever more effectively to its customers' expectations in terms of energy, digital and industrial transition.
As of 1 January 2023, SPIE Industrie & Tertiaire, a subsidiary of SPIE France, will be split into two entities: the Industrie division will be transferred to SPIE Industrie, a new subsidiary of SPIE France dedicated to improving industrial performance to meet the challenge of an innovative and low-carbon industry. The Tertiaire division has been renamed SPIE Building Solutions, offering expertise in building intelligence and performance to accelerate the energy transition.
A new momentum for SPIE France
This final stage of transformation opens a new chapter of growth for SPIE France, which is now made up of six nationwide subsidiaries with a clear strategic positioning and comprehensive offerings capable of providing customers with consistent, high-performance service quality. This change also strengthens SPIE's ability to attract talent and offer them attractive and rewarding career paths.
