SPIE completes Artemys integration and strengthens its digital service offering

Published on 28 April 2026

Malakoff, 28 April 2026 – SPIE ICS, a French digital services company and subsidiary of SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has announced the completion of the integration of the Artemys Group, a French company specialising in the design, management and transformation of IT systems. Having signed the agreement back in December 2025, this operation brings the SPIE ICS workforce to over 3600 employees and solidifies its position in the network infrastructure, data & AI and cloud markets.

SPIE ICS expands its technical assistance offering

Created in 1989 and based in Paris, Artemys comprises multiple entities working at all stages in the development of IT systems within organisations. The company has 420 employees spread over 7 offices in France and Belgium and has built its reputation on the quality of its service and loyalty of its customers, for whom it provides long-term support through long-term projects.

The integration of the Artemys group will enable SPIE ICS to significantly expand its technical assistance offering.

With its organisation and network of over 300 partners, Artemys is able to quickly mobilise the right specialists, from technicians and expert engineers, to consultants and project managers, for every requirement, whether cloud infrastructures, application studies and development, data, cybersecurity or user services.

Enhanced expertise in key markets

This merger is taking place in an environment in which IT infrastructure (data, computing power and storage) has proven its strategic value to businesses, despite a growing shortage of skills in this area.

In the areas of data and artificial intelligence, which are major sources of value creation for companies, SPIE ICS and Artemys have developed complementary approaches enabling them to meet all challenges: SPIE ICS deploys its AI Hub, a secure generative AI platform developed by its teams, to its customers, while Artemys integrates the AI as closely as possible to its customers' processes and business applications.

SPIE ICS and Artemys are also combining their expertise to support cloud transformation and migration projects, particularly in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Accessing new territories and markets

This acquisition not only brings technological expertise, but also creates geographical and sectoral synergies. With a strong presence in Normandy and the Paris region, Artemys has recognised expertise in the financial, banking and luxury sectors, complementing the SPIE ICS regional network of 60 offices and its portfolio of public and private clients.

"Above all, we chose the plan driven by the SPIE ICS team. Our desire was to partner with a player that shares our vision of long-term customer support and service quality. This merger opens up new opportunities and allows us to work together to develop a more complete offer," says Boris Gunther, Managing Partner at Artemys.

"Our ambition is to continue our growth in a rapidly changing digital market. In addition to the complementarity of our service offerings, we want to work with Artemys to remain at the forefront of technology and be a permanent, trusted partner for our customers," adds Delphine Ferrier, Managing Director of SPIE ICS.
