Given the exceptional context of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic, SPIE General Meeting will be exceptionally held behind closed doors on Friday May 29th at 10:00 AM CET.
The shareholders will not be able to physically attend the Meeting and are invited to follow the Meeting live online, provided of course that the conditions for this retransmission can be met. The shareholders had the possibility to ask questions and the Chairman will answer the questions live on the day of the Meeting.
Retransmission of Shareholders’ General Assembly
The retransmission of the Shareholders’ General Assembly will therefore be accessible to all and broadcast live on the website www.spie.com, provided of course that the conditions for this retransmission can be met.
