Cergy, 26 March 2026SPIE France, a subsidiary of the SPIE group, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, is launching its 2026 recruitment campaign. This year, more than 2000 jobs, including 600 within work-study programmes, are being offered throughout the country by SPIE’s French subsidiaries to meet the challenges of the energy, digital and industrial transitions.

Continuing to prioritise decarbonisation

Faced with digital and climate-related challenges, SPIE France is offering specific solutions to support the decarbonisation of buildings, industries and territories. To carry out this mission, SPIE France is relying on its six subsidiaries: SPIE Building Solutions, SPIE CityNetworks, SPIE Facilities, SPIE ICS, SPIE Industrie and SPIE Nucléaire, which are using all their expertise, from the design stage through to installation and maintenance.

SPIE’s business areas work right at the heart of the energy transition, seeking to meet a structural and sustainable challenge for decades to come. This long-term outlook is naturally reflected in its recruitment policy: SPIE is looking for employees with whom to develop long-term career paths, in order to meet the growing needs of its customers.

“Every day, our teams play a vital role in a number of areas, from optimising data centre performance, to installing electric vehicle charging stations to contribute to the decarbonisation of transportation or improving industrial processes to reduce their CO2 emissions. These tasks require advanced technical skills and expertise that evolve over time. We are recruiting people to work in specific roles to transform our society, offering them opportunities for development and stability,” explains Arnaud Tirmarche, Managing Director of SPIE France.

The training and support of future professionals are a core part of the company’s skills development strategy.

SPIE France launches its TikTok account to strengthen its employer brand

To support its desire to recruit and develop the skills of tomorrow, SPIE France is launching a TikTok account under the name “L’énergie du collectif” [Collective Energy], the objective of which is to let the general public, in particular those aged 18–35, see behind the scenes of its professions. It will also showcase the field expertise and career opportunities offered by the company, as can be seen, for example, in videos from JadeMickael and Jean, who were able to share their day-to-day experiences at SPIE openly.

In this way, SPIE France is reaffirming its commitment to recognising those who make the company thrive on a daily basis. More than just an employer, SPIE is a collective in which everyone can find their place, grow and contribute to a more sustainable world.
