
Malakoff, Thursday 1st 2021 – SPIE ICS, the digital services subsidiary of the SPIE group, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the fields of energy and communications in the fields of energy and communications, announces the recruitment of 200 new employees in the Occitanie region to support its strong growth. A major campaign has been launched to publicise the vacancies, inform talented applicants and welcome them to the Toulouse and Marignane sites.
Supporting the sustained activity of SPIE ICS
The signing of several new contracts in sectors of activity as varied as the aerospace industry and even the public sector (communities) is what lies behind this ambitious recruitment plan with 200 permanent positions, from Bac+2 to Bac+5 level. Among the most sought-after profiles are engineers specialising in network infrastructure, cybersecurity and workstation environment. These new recruits will enrich the teams already working on projects involving:
- Workstation engineering and deployment of collaborative tools, solutions that have become key for organisations with the acceleration of working from home
- Setting up efficient, intelligent and increasingly autonomous networks to increase the capacity for processing and valuing data.
Attractive measures and concrete actions to promote quality of life at work
Employees joining SPIE ICS have access, upon their arrival, to a tailor-made digital integration programme. Subsequently, eLamp, a skills management platform linked to artificial intelligence, allows them to anticipate and monitor their training needs and certifications.
As part of its corporate social responsibility strategy, a Feel good@SPIE ICS programme has been developed to facilitate access to all the initiatives that contribute to the well-being of the teams. This includes the Dynam’ICS platform, launched in September 2020, allowing employees to participate in virtual and collective sporting challenges in order to strengthen social ties.
In the same vein, following a move, SPIE ICS’ brand-new Toulouse site was designed to promote new ways of working. The arrangement of the various spaces makes it possible to compose a fluid and "à la carte" working day, with spaces dedicated to reflection and areas of conviviality and creativity.
The remuneration is attractive, with packages of up to 80,000 EUR per year for an expert position. SPIE offers other benefits to its employees such as, for example, subscription to regular employee shareholding plans.
