SPIE is recruiting for 2,500 positions, 600 of which are work-study programmes, throughout France

Cergy, 2 April 2025 – SPIE France, a subsidiary of the SPIE group, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, is launching its recruitment campaign for 2025. This year, almost 2,500 positions, of which 600 are work-study programmes, are being offered throughout the country by SPIE's French subsidiaries to rise to the challenges of the energy, digital and industrial transitions.

Faced with digital and climate-related challenges, SPIE France offers concrete solutions that support the decarbonisation of buildings, industries and communities. To achieve this mission, SPIE France is relying on its six subsidiaries: SPIE Building Solutions, SPIE CityNetworks, SPIE Facilities, SPIE ICS, SPIE Industrie and SPIE Nucléaire, which are using all their expertise, from the design stage through to installation and maintenance.

A range of jobs throughout the country

Thanks to its network of more than 300 sites spread across the country, SPIE France and its subsidiaries are offering career opportunities in every region. In 2025, 430 recruitments are planned in Île-de-France, 340 in Occitanie, 235 in Pays de la Loire, 230 in Grand Est, 210 in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, 190 in the PACA region, 165 in the Centre Val de Loire, 160 in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, 160 in Brittany, 140 in Normandy,120 in Hauts-de-France and 95 in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.

The vacancies cover a wide range of skills and are open to candidates of all levels of education and training, from those with vocational baccalaureate qualifications to those with engineering qualifications, degrees in vocational subjects and higher vocational qualifications. In particular, SPIE France is recruiting for the positions of maintenance technician, information system security officer, high or low voltage electrical worker, electrical fitter, site manager, project manager, technical studies manager, business manager, IT architect, engineer in the fields of cybersecurity, energy, spatial planning, mechanics, etc.

The vast majority of the contracts on offer are full-time permanent contracts.
