SPIE signs an agreement to acquire Infidis and strengthens its digital service offering in France

Malakoff, July 23rd, 2021 – SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, announces an agreement for the acquisition of Infidis in France on July 23rd, 2021.

Established in 1999 and based in Boulogne-Billancourt in France, Infidis is specialized in the design, the integration and the maintenance of data center infrastructures with a specific expertise in hyper-converged architectures. This acquisition positions SPIE ICS, the digital services subsidiary of SPIE France, as one of the French leaders in the field of data center infrastructures, particularly hyper-converged ones and creates significant business synergy opportunities. The company employs 63 people and generated revenue of around €70 million in 2020.

Together, Infidis and SPIE now constitute a major player in data center infrastructures, particularly in hyper-converged ones in France and is able to offer its customers comprehensive integration and service solutions for data centers.

The closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the antitrust authorities.
