SPIE strengthens its presence in central Netherlands with the acquisition of Alewijnse Technisch Beheer

Breda, the Netherlands, October 11th, 2016 – SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has announced its intention to buy Alewijnse Technisch Beheer (“Alewijnse TB”). The strategic acquisition of this technical services provider will expand SPIE’s customer portfolio and in particular strengthen its position on the industrial market in the central part of the Netherlands.


Alewijnse TB, a division of the Alewijnse Group, is a technical services provider focusing on the technical management of building-related installations, with a particular expertise in installation and maintenance of electrical equipments. With more than 200 employees and branches in Delft, Utrecht and Zwolle, Alewijnse TB generates annual revenue of approximately €33 million.
