A great way to overcome scarce financial resources, this type of binding contractually agreed savings guarantee conserves public funds while improving property portfolio value. 

Korschenbroich was able to keep its municipal indoor swimming pool in operation by having SPIE renovate the ventilation system and install a heat reclamation system. 

These changes even reduced CO2 emissions at the site by 420 tonnes per year. 

At the town’s fire and rescue station, SPIE installed a solar energy system that supplies up to half of the building’s electricity in summer and reduces annual CO2 emissions by 20 tonnes.
