Grenoble, 11 May 2015 – SPIE Sud-Est and top engineering school Grenoble INP – Ense3 have renewed their partnership agreement for another three years. This confirms the excellent match between the business lines of this SPIE Group regional subsidiary which supplies multi-technical services in south-eastern France and this engineering school’s training courses specialising in the fields of energy, water and the environment.

Logo ENSE3Grenoble INP – Ense3 school of engineering has pledged to develop this partnership’s technical, economic and human aspects through a multi-annual plan encouraging contact between students and representatives of SPIE Sud-Est and promoting the company’s placement and job offers.
For its part, SPIE Sud-Est has undertaken to take steps, via France’s training tax system, to support the quality of training at the school and to propose two industrial project topics for students. There are also plans for SPIE Sud-Est to contribute to teaching and research activities at the school and to organise site visits specifically for the students.

The partnership will now place greater emphasis on taking joint actions in the areas of civic responsibility, equal opportunities, the environment, and boosting the appeal of scientific studies.

SPIE Sud-Est Human Resources Director Jean-Paul Maire comments: “SPIE and Grenoble INP – Ense3 have many shared values, such as an enterprising spirit and a willingness to commit to new challenges. In all our teams, there is a desire to allow individuals to express their personalities and bring out their potential. The diversity of our personal profiles, activities, business lines, countries and customers is a constant source of original opportunities for personal and professional development at SPIE.”

Yves Maréchal, Director of Grenoble INP – Ense3, adds: “We are particularly happy with the renewal of this partnership. For three years, SPIE has been showing a great deal of commitment for our students and has played an active part in all the events we have organised.”
