A trusted partner in the operation of energy facilities
SPIE Facilities is attentive to regulatory and health requirements in the area of air quality, and brings all its expertise to bear to ensure that maintenance quality and energy performance meet expectations. Its teams also operate carbon-free energy production units. These include :
- the operation of a heating and air conditioning system (heat pump) using heat recovery from the wastewater network at the Natural History Museum

- the continued operation of a heating and air conditioning system connected to a geothermal network at the Mériadeck Library

"The process of reducing the carbon footprint and energy consumption of buildings is essential for the Metropolis of Bordeaux, as it is for all territories. As the vast majority of public buildings were built more than 30 years ago, improving energy performance is a major challenge for the public sector. This is our expertise, and we are very proud of the renewal of this contract and of the trust placed in us by this major customer," said Cyril Pouet, Managing Director of SPIE Facilities.
