SPIE Communications receives recognition for excellence from its partner Cisco

Malakoff, 29 October 2015 - SPIE Communications secured the highest level of distinction from its strategic partner Cisco by achieving "Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence" on the basis of the latest SPIE Communications customer satisfaction surveys.

The status of Excellence for customer satisfaction (known as CSAT) is the highest distinction bestowed by this manufacturer for digital services companies in the context of its Gold Partnership programmes. Under this worldwide assessment process, all Cisco partners are evaluated with reference to specific quality criteria.

The CSAT survey questions covered the quality of engineering services and consulting, projects and integration, maintenance and facilities management, and operated and cloud services in all fields of Cisco technologies and SPIE Communications strategic business fields:

  • Unified communications and collaboration
  • IP infrastructure and IT security
  • Data centres
  • User environments
  • The internet of things

"This recognition is very important and provides backing for our investments in the acquisition of high-level expertise with our strategic partner Cisco. The IT solutions of our partner Cisco, the ‘consulting-innovation, transformation, operation’ approach adopted by SPIE Communications, and our ability to assist our medium-sized and major customers with disruptive models are key factors for the success of their digital transformation," says Fariborz FARHOUDI, Director of Innovation and Digital Transformation at SPIE Communications.

Achieving this level of excellence is a real mark of recognition reflecting the confidence that customers have in SPIE Communications.

At SPIE Communications, several hundred integration and facilities management projects are being carried out every year, using well-tested methodologies and standardised national deployment procedures, focusing on tailor-made services and defined in accordance with the vertical and business challenges facing its medium-sized and major customers.

"It is important, in our growth strategy, to knit close ties with partners with a top-ranking global reputation. In this context of market growth, we have decided with Cisco to set up a suitable governance system between our respective managements," explains Vincent MAGNON, Managing Director of SPIE Communications

Outside France, SPIE Communications assists its customers with their international projects on the strength of the SPIE Group’s European presence in the field of ICT* and its alliance with GWA (Global Workspace Alliance) enabling it to cover more than 90 countries.
