SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest acquires two companies: Brisset and FPEE
SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest has strengthened its positions in the maintenance and services market through the successive acquisitions of Brisset and FPEE.
Brisset, which operates from locations in Drancy, Bagnolet and Ivry in the eastern Paris region, specialises in heating system maintenance and technical management, boiler room renovation, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing. The company has 115 employees and a portfolio worth 15 million. Its activities have grown in recent years, in particular in the area of maintenance services for local authorities, bank branches and property management companies. FPEE (Francilienne de Plomberie Evénements et Expositions) will enhance SPIE's expertise in the area of corporate events and exhibitions. This company specialises in utility distribution and plumbing at the various exhibition centres in and around Paris, including those at Porte de Versailles, Le Bourget and Villepinte. Each year, FPEE's staff of around 15 people, working from the company's base in Dammartin en Goëlle, do business worth an average of 2 million with these exhibition centres. Acquiring FPEE will enable SPIE to offer a broader range of event-oriented services. It demonstrates SPIE's intent to grow this business and support customers specialising in the area of trade fairs, explained Jacques Leuck, Head of Maintenance and Service Activities with SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest. The acquisition of Brisset is part of our strategy to diversify our portfolio into areas of activity where we were previously under-represented, such as working with housing associations and property management companies. Thanks to these acquisitions, our service business in Ile-de-France now generates sales of 150 million added Philippe Cosson, SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest's Managing Director. They will enable us to enhance our expertise and expand our customer base in an area that is still growing. Press contacts
