The “Influence” building complex, providing an area of more than 30,000 sq. m for offices and services on seven levels, is to be erected by the first quarter of 2017 at the gateway to the Saint-Ouen Docks development area, 100 yards from Mairie de Saint-Ouen station served by metro line 13 and the future line 14.
The major projects departments of SPIE Ile-de-France Nord-Ouest (IDFNO) has been entrusted with work to install high and low voltage power and fire detection systems, a building management system and safety work.
This operation is being led by Neximmo 87 represented by the Nexity property developer which has sold the future building to American real estate assets management group Tishman Speyer. “Influence” will be the fourth commercial sector project conducted by Nexity on former Alstom sites now owned by the group. In all, an area totalling 300,000 sq. m is to be developed in the new eco-district between Saint-Ouen town hall and the River Seine.
Based on efficient modern structures designed in accordance with the strictest construction and energy optimisation standards, this complex is being built in line with demanding environmental criteria in order to obtain HQE (high environmental quality) and BREEAM certifications.
