SPIE recognizes graduates for outstanding performance in Germany

Essen, Germany, November 23rd, 2016 – SPIE GmbH has honored its best five trainees of the current training year and distributed them certificates at a management conference.

We are proud of the outstanding performance of our junior employees. The training period creates an excellent basis for their professional career and path through life,” says Marion Schild, Head of Human Resources at SPIE GmbH. “We are delighted to announce that of the 56 trainees who completed the training program this year, almost all of them have been retained.

Claudia Peters, training supervisor at SPIE GmbH, adds: “With the best trainee awards we are sending a clear message that top performance is important and recognized by SPIE. It should provide an incentive and motivation for all trainees. The special setting for the awards additionally emphasizes the great significance of training at SPIE.

Currently SPIE GmbH employs 249 trainees in the production, technical and commercial sectors. In September 2016, at the beginning of the new training year, 81 new trainees joined the company, and were acquainted with their trainers and the company at a central kick-off event in Düsseldorf.

Looking for skilled and committed employees, SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, consciously places an emphasis on in-house training. In addition, the network offers a variety of entry-level opportunities for university graduates, students and job entrants as well as professional and managerial staff. The particular focus here is on all-rounders and experts in electrical, mechanical, heating, ventilation and climate control engineering as well as energy and communication systems.
